Telemarketing Executive (Place & Train)
Job Description: • To perform outbound calls on daily basis to promote various insurance/ banking products as per campaign assignment. • Responsible in meeting individual daily and monthly sales target and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Foster good relationship with customer and provide high level of quality service in managing customer’s inquiries and feedbacks during sales solicitation. • Apply skills learned via training programs to drive needs based conversations. • Work with a very driven, dynamic and energised sales team of professionals with the guidance and coaching of your Team Manager.
General Job Requirements: • Must possess at least a SPM, recognize Diploma or Degree in any discipline. • Experience in Tele Sales/ Inbound Sales/ Service and prospecting in insurance/ banking industries will be an advantage. • Good interactive and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. • Enthusiastic, aggressive attitude and coupled with desire to succeed and strive for the best-in-class sales results. • Goal oriented and strong team player. • Ability to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage. • Able to work under pressure and highly intense sales environment. • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
